Who is going to bed at a reasonable hour and who is being naughty and staying up late?

I've not decided yet. I didn't sleep last night so there is that common sense element pestering me. lol
Thanks for this!

Last night I was up until after midnight, but I don't have work right now so it's not a big deal. I took a three hour nap today so I'm probably going to end up staying up again. Might drink my other bottle of wine lol.

Going to sleep early. 1:00 or 2:00AM. Whenever Lady Vistaril knocks on my door.

I'll attempt to go to bed at a reasonable hour but will most likely be up half the night wondering why the hell I can't sleep.

It depends how sick and how much pain I'm in. I never know. I PLAN to go to bed early, but plans change.

Took the night cocktail not too long ago, so I should be asleep within the hour. But being on my tablet doesn't help, so I'll read a couple of posts and call it a night. I'm predicting that I will have to make a caffeine run while I work tomorrow...

So true.
Then, like this morning (waking up at 4:30 am) the annoyance of knowing I can't take anything at that point or won't be able to get up for work. Sleep or not be able to get up. (Can only pick one!) Story of my life...

Tonight? I'll try, but I've already re-defined "late".

It's about 10:45 here, I'm in bed, but I'll probably fall asleep between 3am and 5am with my luck. It's been like that for the past.few.weeks and I'm usually waking up every hour/hour and a half or so until around 11:30am or 12pm... So let's see what tonight brings...

Can you ask you pdoc for a sleep aid so you can sleep at night and wake up early?

I'm bouncing off the walls right now, I think because of too much caffeine and chocolate (yum!), but I have to get up at 5:30am for work so will try to get to sleep super early. I took my Seroquel some 45 mins ago, but still no luck.

I don't think she wants me on sleep aids, due to a.couple.of ODs I've had, hell I'm only allowed 15 psych meds at a time , with a regular between appointments. But I'm going to bring up my difficulty sleeping to her when I see her in July, so I guess I'll see then how she thinks about my sleep issues.

Up late as well. Been about 24 hours and not tired all that much. I could go to sleep right now, but I am just very bummed for my actions that took place 2 days ago. It scared my wife and kids to death. Sigh.

I've been asleep since 2 pm when I left work depressed. Think I'll sleep another four or five hours and try to make the gym in the morning.

BP(=British Personality) forum is way too crowded, man, innit?

I found this on page 4, I can't sleep, Blimey! It's like my head is going anti-clockwise, arse!

It was a stag knight, drinkin some pints with my lads, I'm absolutely knackered! No, none of this is true, my pub crawl days are far far behind me.

It was just weird, I thought I was really ready to get the rest and sleep few hours ago, the sleep was shallower than the stage that I could be dreaming in, and I was thinking non-stop. It was very conscious sleep, not at all intentional, so it's better than nothing yet feels very unsatisfied because the reason that I'm completely out of bed right now is this drunken man outside yelling into his celly possibly to his poor wife. o, well..
