Even though I'm not Bipolar (I have Complex-PTSD), I found Unquiet Mind to be quite an informative and inspirational read back when I first started out on my own healing and recovery journey ...

Great--found a used copy of unquiet mind at my local savers store so eager to reread. Just have to get through Skeleton in Cupboard first...
