Hi again,
Just wanted you all to know that I found an awesome book and I just had to share.
Its called the BIPOLAR DISORDER SURVIVAL GUIDE written by David J. Miklowitz,PhD
Ive read alot of stuff on the internet but this book is concise, informative and basically brings info down to understanding things in much more depth without being too clinical..It gives really practical manageable tips for better functioning.
Well worth the read I thought. a survival guide

I also have that book,it's pretty good.
Check out some of the books above that I listed and read.
Some have been so helpful to me in so many ways, some I would use always for referencing.
I'm glad to hear you have found something that's helpful to you. a survival guide
