So, I have my monthly appointment coming on Friday with my pdoc. As some of you may recall, I was (and still am) confused about things that were said by my therapist at our last session. She is under the impression that I'm only being treated for MDD and not BP2, according to some notes in my chart. Anyway, this has since caused confusion and whatnot in me. I'm not sure what, if anything to say to my pdoc when I see him on Friday. I do have another appointment scheduled with my therapist tomorrow as well.

I would ask because it's the only way you'll stop wondering and you were pretty upset about it. You have the right to know what they are thinking about diagnosis and treatment and you need to know because in an emergency you need to give accurate information. It's one thing to wind up in an ER for a non-psych reason but manic anyway but able to tell them that and another for them to focus on the fact you are clearly manic along with your broken ankle that you say you got leaping from a tall building to save the world or something.

Confusion has been lifted. He has agreed with the suggested diagnoses given by the psychologist which is BP2 (mild) and MDD. It does seem like most of my issues are depressed related. We will re-evaluate my cocktail in a month if need be.
