I suspect I have an underlying problem attending my mma classes but I don't know what it is. What do you ask yourself when trying to get to the bottom of it?

I was comfortable with it. I loved it. Locker room ehhhh lol. I think I'm scared of failing or how others perceive me or it's too hard. All of which I didn't have a problem before.

can you train in the dojo at an "off" time or when there are less people. It sounds like your ashamed at what happens while you were/are depressed.

I don't think that people are looking at you as much as you think. We all have our insecurities.
Thanks for this!
