This is all very helpful! What a great topic and forum! Thanks to everyone who has shared their experiences, albeit difficult at times, it is very helpful!

As a parent of a bipolar son, I read and try to learn as well, and can comprehend some of what he goes through because of all of your sharing here! What you share confirms what I see, which is helpful.😊

No one is exactly the same, but one theme I see often here is SLEEP!💜😩😴😴😴😴

So, how can the sleep aspect be dealt with? That certainly is a sign to him and has been to us over the years.
