My new therapist seems really awesome. She's very positive and encouraging, unlike my old one. I often left those sessions feeling worse than before.
So... she does Rapid Eye Therapy to help with relaxation and overcoming negative thoughts. Has anyone else had this done? I'm open to more alternative approaches, and she says she's been counseling for 40 years and my friend (who is also bipolar) highly recommended her. I'm feeling really positive about receiving treatment from her. ![]()
