Yup. Noise gets me too. With 2 boys and 3 little dogs,my house is always noisy and it gets me really agitated.

Remedy------little foam earplugs. I can still here them if they are talking to me, but it helps me keep to myself a bit more when I need it and still be in the middle of it all.

It has really really helped me. My hair is long, so I can hide them. I don't want my kids to know I am tuning them out
