Hello everybody'
Wondering if anyone else has an anxiety disorder in addition to Bp.
Just reflecting on how much anxiety plays on my mood cycle.......the pdoc def thought so as he perscribed meds for anxiety on a as needed basis.(although they havent really worked)
Just wanting to hear how common this is.

I was diagnosed with BP and generalized anxiety disorder as well as mild obsessive compulsive disorder all at once so I am having a hard time trying to seperate all three. I am feeling like everything is playing off of each. I was prescribed Celexa which helps with depression and anxiety, Xanax on an as needed basis for when the anxiety is extreme, 900mg lithium and 100mg of seroquel. So far this combo seems to help but there are still days that I just want to crawl out of my own skin. I try to keep my mind busy and focused on something useful or I try to read a book which normally results me getting mad because I have to read the same page more than once to remember what I just read!!! Sorry I got rambling, Hope I was some help!!! Good luck...PM me if you would like to talk!!
