Time for a motivational thread...

On a personal level, what can *you* do better to help improve your BP symptoms?

For starters, I could be more med compliant. That's my #1 thing. Secondly, I should actually journal. Journaling will help me carefully watch my moods so that I can figure out my triggers and figure out what things I already do that help "soothe" my symptoms.

Thanks for this. I really need the reminder at the moment. I need to practice more mindfulness. I also need to make sure I get the right sleep.

I could stop playing all night and acting like everything is a joke. What can you do better to improve your BP symptoms?

I could exercise more and not drink a beer semi-regular lyrics. See friends more and have less negative thought patterns.

I could attend one of the events of the 50+ Women's meetup group i signed up for. Always an obstacle tho -- how to explain my circumstances. I think if someone asks about work i will just say i took very early retirement and quickly ask a question about pets... Does that sound like a plan?
Thanks for this!

Exercising. For its mental health benefits and for helping me to feel more independent and I control of my life.
