I feel like when I'm (trying) to converse with ppl I am sucking the life out of them. I'm not talking about my problems. I'm actually doing everything I can not to seem depressed. Does depressive energy seep through the pores or something? Ppl literally look wiped out lately near me even though I'm trying to hide how I feel

Sweep the streets I used to own
I used to roll the dice
Feel the fear in my enemy's eyes
Listen as the crowd would sing
Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

Their was his other coworker who suffered from depression that picked up on a few of my signs that I didn't know I was conveying. She talked to me and recommended Dbt.

That's true. Maybe I'm displaying signs without meaning too! Guess you can only fake so much

When I get really depressed my son seems to get a little down too. When I'm super happy he gets a little happier. Idk if it's bc we live together or what...

I go through this with my son too. It makes me feel even worse when I'm depressed because I know it's effecting him as well.
