So I managed to drag myself *** to work today but I can't concentrate, why can't I just come here and do my job, why is this so hard for me. Wtf is wrong with me, I seriously feel like I'm going to lose it. I've already bawled once...I just want to be able to do what I need to do...why can't I do this!!!

I've had plenty of meltdowns at work some of which I caught before having them so left early but I know how it feels. I've used the bathroom for hours just to cry and get away from it. My response stomach issues and usually left alone.

I'm glad today was better.

I've been there. It's the nature of the illness, IMO.
