Fact that when I get done eating a meal I get really sleepy . I could accomplish so much more if I didn't take 2 naps a day of about 2 hrs each.

My husband had next to no sleep last night. He was really angry and weepy this morning. We basically had breakfast and I sent him back to bed. I hope a couple of hours of sleep will help him out. My daughter wants to drive today (she doesn't have her license yet) and I'm afraid he'll yell at her for the littlest thing. I may have to drive myself to T and I haven't driven in a while.

Yes. My BF's divorce, after 3 years of separation, has gotten ridiculous. His ex is bipolar (so am I coincidentaly) but apparently has a history of going off her meds. She is showing signs of paranoia and her demands in the divorce indicate significant delusional thinking. The result is this only costs everyone more money which neither has and what should have been simple is drawing further and further out.

She is also being vindictive, acting in a manner which can only be described as done intentionally to hurt.

Yes, this is greatly bothering me.

I can't get in contact with my pdoc about my mania. There is nothing I can do at the moment except wait until the after hours answering service starts. *sigh* I can't even contact him during the day even though he doesn't work Mondays.

I'll just continue to hallucinate until then

My hypomania is pushing to go, go, go!
My fibromyalgia, tendonitis, myotonia and more are shouting: "Stop and rest!"

So restless trying to rest when all revved-up! So much I want to do and want to do it all... fast!

Trying to find a balance.

I'm mad at the hospital near my grandma's house, but this hospital is also outside the continental US in PR. It's basically a 3rd world country for all intents and purposes here. It's in the midst of a healthcare crisis and the economy is failing (well, I think it's failed already).

But anyway, she went in to IP a while back because she tried to commit sui.
Possible trigger:

The hospital let her go because they didn't believe she was a threat to herself. She said it was "an accident" and well... we can't prove anything. (She said to us that she was suicidal and we assume that she did SH on purpose.) So, it didn't look obvious to the hospital that it was a sui attempt.

My dad brought her in AGAIN last night, but this time for for sui ideation...

The hospital said that she didn't have active sui thoughts (which I don't believe because she threatened a sui attempt a total of 3 times since my grandfather's death on July 4, 2016). She apparently told them that she "exaggerated" them and that she was fine, so they let her go. (WTF??)

This is the same damn place that let her go when she had convulsions at home. She had hit her head and they said, "well, there's nothing we can do." Then they let her go home instead of observing her.

Possible trigger:

She goes in and out of sui ideation. She has dementia, so sometimes she remembers that my grandfather passed away (that's when she's suicidal) and sometimes she forgets (that's when she's fine).

That I'm leaving for an appointment in about an hour and feeling very unfocused and confused. What's important to talk about (can't seem to remember or focus to even make a list) and wth I'm doing there. And words are escaping. This'll be fun...

Nah, it was perfectly appropriate! Is there something bothering you right now?
