How many of you have disturbed sleep?

I went to bed at 11pm and woke up at 12:30am. Then I went back to bed and woke up at 3:30am. Total sleep: 4.5 hours.

I don't feel tired right now, but I know I will feel tired later in the day. Then I'll have to take a 2- to 3-hour nap in the afternoon in order to catch up on lost sleep. Go figure.

I've tried knocking myself out with Ativan since it's supposed to cause drowsiness. Nope. Doesn't do anything for me. Maybe I need a better sleeping aid like Seroquel, although that will probably knock me out for eons, and who knows if it'll even fix my disturbed sleep.

And FYI, I never used to be this way up until 2 weeks ago.

Mine's pretty disturbed, but I'm not complaining. I usually wake up aboout 3 times a night, maybe more. Sleep about 1230, wake up around 3ish go back wake up round 5ish go back wake up around 7ish. That was today. I wake up alot cause I usually have to go the bathroom. Ativan should do the trick. My father has ativan he gets from walmart and it 10x as strong as the crap I get filled from right aid. Check your brand because I get qualitest and its ****. Ativan should keep you asleep a couple hours at 1mg depending on how long you have had it.

Broken sleep can become very frustrating.

I used to be helped by clonazepam at night.
On nights I have extra difficulty, I add temazepam once or twice in the night.

When I was mixed, neither worked well.
When I was hypo, temazapam gave me approx. 2 extra hours.
Now temazepam gives me 4-7 hours. I take it if awake at 12 midnight or 2 am.

My sleep has been broken up as of late. I go to bed at 10PM, I wake up at 3AM and toss and turn after that until 7AM. I think it's because that's when my sleep med wears off. I seem to miss a bit of REM sleep and I have strange dreams in the short bursts of sleep that I do have. I've been wanting to take naps during the day but I can't fall asleep because my mind is racing. it's all rather annoying.

I'm usually an excellent sleeper, 10+ hours a night. I take Seroquel. I slept well last night but the few nights prior my sleep was disrupted by my sick dog. I feel really unwell when i don't get my zzzs. Yesterday evening i was so exhausted all i could do was lay on the sofa and listen to the radio with a cold compress on my stinging eyes. I'm feeling much better since i had a good night last night and i hope that the worst of my dog's illness is behind us.

I don't remember the last time I slept through the night. I wake up at least 5-6 times a night. My latuda makes me fall asleep, but after a couple hours I'm waking up multiple times. Sleep is my enemy right now.
