Today I freaked out.
It's a hard week for me as tomorrow is the anniversary of my dads death. It's always difficult. I was in a coffee shop I frequent when three police officers came in. I'm triggered by guns. The hot flash hit me and I started to panic. I couldn't move except to sit hide my eyes. I sat and tried to focus my breathing. I tried to remind myself they wouldnt hurt me but I was so scared. Time seemed to last forever and I felt like I was in a dream. Off and on today I still feel like I'm in a dream and things are not real... It's horrible. I remember feeling like this most of the time I was IP for psychosis.

Last night ended much better! I spent time with a sweet guy and he cooked dinner and we are and watched a movie. He's so kind to me I don't understand it. I really care about him.
