When I start to get manic, I've noticed that not only do I smile like I'm about to go in for the kill but i twirl my hair on repetition kinda quickly paced! Almost as if there are little bugs straightening it and I must stop them. I've noticed that I can do this for two hours.
Do you guys ever have manic traits or twitches or characteristics? |

I start running around the neighborhood, twirling and dancing in backyards at night, and going to parks and swinging on swings because everything is so "beautiful".
lol!

mine is wiggling
i just wiggle- and sometimes spin on my chair shouting weeeeeee! and of course, let's not forget coming up with weird and wonderful combinations of stuff icecream on toast, or the classic painting i did of a dolphin jumping out of a birthday cake, or suddenly remembering dogs actually go meow and not woof woof |

Yes! I always begin to dance around town. I feel that manic bliss and the wind feels like it's carrying me and I turn into Gene Kelly in the staircase of my school and once a guy caught me and I was so empowered by it and now I'm utterly embaressed. I could totall see dancing and wiggling as well.
I also sing as if I am living the Glee life. |

I'm textbook: hurried speech, only need to sleep 2-3 hours a night to feel rested, grandiose ideas, drinking heavy to try to calm down or get amped up, depending on the mood

Yes, I am all of these to a T as well. The first trait that I notice is the hair twirling though and then all of these traits come into play.

I might drink some, but not heavily. I usually don't drink but 2-4 times a year, until I became more intensely hypo. Pdoc says that's a sign of being under-medicated. That's his opinion. I cannot drink often and stay as well, as stable, as possible. ![]() WC |
