I feel like some depression is on the horizon but I'm focusing on the good stuff. I've had some crazy fatigue lately and man it's so hard to function. I didn't shower today and just now brushed my teeth (very unlike me!!) I keep thinking I see small spiders like when I was psychotic. And I've got that crazy disconnected dream like feeling.
I see my psychiatrist next week thankfully so if anything occurs at least I have that. This is very uncomfortable but I'm fighting.

I hate to be honest, but yes. I have had that feeling. Try to keep positive.

I'm doing ok today. I'm even socializing but want to just sleep. I'm soooo tired and I slept so much

Gotcha. I'm a lot better able to handle stuff than I used to be because I know I can do it but man I'm just so fatigued. It's hard to be with people too but I'm making myself.
