My meds aren't working, yet I still take them... the anxiety is getting worse... the two second fuse to my temper is back... so irritable. Started getting rejection letters from the job hunt. Boyfriend is getting frustrated with me... he's back to thinking this is all in my head. I see my p-doc in 11 days, but I don't know if I can hold on that long. I don't want an earlier appointment because I want to see my regular doc, and she's got no openings.Therapy is going pretty well... I'd like to hide in her office until my appointment... help.

Since my last appointment, I've been on 200 mg Seroquel at night (its also SUPPOSED to help me sleep, which it no longer does) plus 40 mg Celexa and 25 mg Seroquel when I wake up. My p-doc already mentioned last month that if the 225 didn't work, we'd probably try something else. I feel crazy... and going through what I've been rehashing with the therapist IS NOT helping matters.

Can you call pdoc and change dosage over phone instead of waiting another 10 days?

dear goofy girl, about 12 years ago I sought out some counseling for depression and after going thru all of the standard examinations (physical as well as psychological)the psychiatrist recomended paxil for my symptoms.I got the scrip filled but never took it. I workrd thru my problems with the help of a good therapist and a good friend of mine known to some people as "jesus" he helped me to renew my mind and find my purpouse. I know that many people feel as though medicines are the only way to help people with emotional challenges,I respectfully disagree...just want you to know its possible, but not very popular...
