I'm fresh off akathisia and on a new AP and have a life altering job interview this Wednesday. My pdoc and T know and support me. The company recruited me, it's in another city, in another state, and requires a move Oct 1st. I want the job. I interview well and it's a good fit. I have the experience but not the education. I'm nervous because of that. I have "a doctor's appointment" to go there. I'm taking a train and renting a car.

Wish me luck!

Good luck!!! I was interviewing back in may and June, I know how nerve wracking it is. Stay calm and let yourself shine! If they recruited you, maybe they already know about your lack of education and aren't bothered by it. Maybe they'll pay for you to go to school! GOOD LUCK!

Best of luck, Dontspeak - in my experience, the way you present yourself and the experience you've had that's transferable to the position can speak volumes about how you'll actually perform in the position. My company values experience and the demonstrated ability to learn quickly and possession of skills that are related to the opening more than educational background. Keep calm and remember when you're interviewing that THEY ALREADY SHOWED YOU THEY WANT YOU. You're just affirming for them that they're making a good choice.
