My sister (who also is bipolar) has been acting off lately. I'm just wondering if I should be worried.

I see her talking to herself (or someone else in her mind), she keeps going on about a plot to kill her, and just seems off to me.

does she have a pdoc or therapist? Can you talk to her about this.is she on meds?how old is she?You are being a good sibling to her.

She does have a pdoc. I'm not sure if she's taking her meds, she avoids the question. She's on most of the same things I'm on. I try to talk to her but she shuts me out. She's 17, I'm 23.

I don't remember much when I go completely psychotic which itself is rare for me. Most of my psychotic episodes happen only for a few days but people say I get really agitated snappy talk to myself and just generally angry on the whole. Everyone is different though so idk.
