For me normal wasn't being in extreme moods, just floating by every day. It was being satisfied being slightly depressed because I felt that it was as good as it gets. In reality normal is something that happens to you day after day and it is never the same for any two people. BUT what we consider normal is different. We have an idea of feeling level and life not sucking so hard. To find stability in the throws of madness. I don't want stable to be my normal. I want to live life and not just get by.

I always use the word and my therapist asks "why so judgmental?"
I hate it!
If you've ever seen the abc series (that was canceled) Black Box, the first slope wing scene is A therapist asking her patient (who has bipolar) what is normal?
I recommend you tubing it!
