the big black cloud is back only problem is now i just want to not be here anymore all the time. everything hurts so much i cant do this there is no point anyway i am stupid and useless and horrible and i wreck everything and i am a waste of space. i will never achieve anything why should i keep fighting?

Keep fighting because things change. The ebb and flow of feelings keeps us in a mixed up state, but at times we are normal and can move forward. The black cloud floats by and leaves alone for a while, then we can live the way we are meant too and accomplish the things we want to accomplish.
