and other kinds of episodes or episodes + other emotions that aren't episodes?

More specifically, how do you tell the difference with super rapid cycling (I can see shifting very quickly from one mood to another seeming like it's all together);

hypomania/depression: given that hypomania and depression can include all kinds of different emotions as part of these kinds of episodes;

And emotions that aren't BP: in other words, a BP episode plus emotions that are situational or otherwise not BP-related. For example, can you be in an irritable mood and also be in a BP episode, with these two being different things, i.e. the irritability being a mood separate from a BP episode for whatever reason?

Anyone have any ideas? I'm confused as to what constitutes Mixed and what doesn't, but may seem like it/mimic it.

I think there has to be a combo of symptoms. Not just say irritability. Not just not sleeping in and of itself.
All I know is mixed to me was sheer hell and I was unfunctional

Now the old king is dead! Long live the king!
One minute I held the key
Next the walls were closed on me
And I discovered that my castles stand
Upon pillars of salt and pillars of sand

All emotions aren't BP. Moods are bipolar and moods are bigger than emotions. Mood floods your whole self, whereas an emotion can be looked at separately. According to one theory, unprocessed emotions become moods.
Thanks for this!
