does anyone else ever want to go outside like even late at night and just run around and feel everything like the breeze on your face and everything just feels amazing? all the spirits come out at night too like a lot more it is hard to explain.

also does music ever sound really fast for no reason?

Yeah when I used to play a Wiccan. A silly phase in my spiritual walk. Glad I got off that!

Being outdoors when the weather is wonderful is truly invigorating! The breeze also makes me feel alive. I love looking at the stars when the night sky is clear. Nature is very healing.

The music might not sound this way if you took your medication. But I am glad that you enjoyed last night's breeze.

For years, before I was diagnosed with Bipolar....I would have times where I'd beg my husband to go for a run with me around 2am. It would make him angry because....1) we're not runners......2)we live in a bad area and it's not safe.....3)it was 2am in the morning and he was tired as heck. I would then decide to go alone which would cause an argument and then I'd give up for one reason or another.

I like to drive around with my sunroof down at all times of the year and just feel the warmth of the sun on my face.

I do this when it snows, I go outside in just my PJs and hoodie, amd boots, and dance around in the falling snow, and take photos, so much fun, and so beautiful. I may or may not be hypo when doing this.

I like to go into the back yard while naked. However my wife discourages the practice. I guess she is right but I still want to do it.

That is what I like about being outside you feel so alive and fresh.

I used to do that. Now I living in bit... boring and uninspiring place. Not much fun running around starter-condo area of my city.
