I read a post in this forum where someone, in the uk I think had a peer support worker who was helping them with 'WRAP' and a "confidence class"
![]() What exactly are these things? One doctor said I'm a "normal intelligent woman with severe anxiety" The word normal isn't really in my vocabulary but the rest is accurate (but I do not think complete....)

"he word normal isn't really in my vocabulary" ...
maybe not ... but none of us are ... life would be so boring if we were all "normal" ... think same ... but I know "LOVE" and "KINDNESS" are in your vocabulary ... because you have been both things to me .... Tigger ...당신을 정말 사랑합니다 |

Wrap is a wellness recovery action plan. I haven't taken the class on it yet. You can look it up and I'm sure you'll find a lot of info online about it...

Hey Fuzzy bear
That would be me :-) The confidence class was a 10 week programme talking about low self esteem and giving us tools to rethink our thinking processes re how we see ourselves. For example your core beliefs like I am unlovable or a weirdo etc. The WRAP is for my reading and I relook at it every so often to see what I need to improve on etc. I have things in it that I need to do every day and things that will help me if I'm depressed or manic |
