what's your most stubborn symptom?

I take Lithium and it suddenly has stopped working. My most stubborn symptoms are the longing to go out and have too much fun and Hypersexuality.

Sleep, then anxiety, then depression...

-Racing thoughts
-Anger
-Getting enough sleep when manic

Right now I have to say is anxiety. The anxiety keeps me awake. I take ambien for sleep but it only works for about 3 hours and then I wake up. I've been told to try benedryl for sleep. Don't know if I will.

Ambien works in me and Benadryl does not. I would think that given that Benadryl is much milder, it is unlikely to work in you, but it is definitely safe, so maybe try it? It would not hurt to try it. Note that antihistamines can stop working, so if it works the first couple of times, it can still stop working later; it is an unreliable medication.
