When depressed I can sleep all day. Then I am usually up most nights. It just depends how my mood is.

When I'm hypo I sleep for about 4 hours. When I'm depressed, about 15 hours. When I'm okay about 7 hours.

Just like you jtassar. Add no sleep with psychosis added on top. This could go on for months. Memories...or not

I average 8-9 hours when well.

When I'm depressed it can be 10-16 hours. One time during the worst depression, I was getting 19 hours of sleep...

When I'm "up", it seems to be 2-5 hours sleep and I'm good to go.

In bed for 9 hours but it usually takes at least an hour of tossing and turning before I actually drift off to sleep.

I get between 8 to 12 hours depending on when I have to wake up. Maybe 6 hours if I'm hypo.

During the week I seem to be lucky if I get 5-6 hours of sleep. The weekends tend to vary, but generally 8-10 hours (not including naps).

Manic, about 2 hours. Feel great despite lack of sleep. Yet, now I am heavily medicated I am getting 7 hours solid sleep and the mania is passing.

When well I tend to get around 7-8 hours with the occasional bad night of 3hours only thrown in for fun.

Depressed, I tend to sleep 9-10 hours then lay on the couch for hours unable to move.
