Unfortunately I can't drive myself so my mom drives me. Anyways she's not off work on the days my pdoc is available. I'm so upset. This psychosis is kicking my butt! I can barely function.

Can you take a bus, or a taxi? It's important to go to your appointments. It also sounds like you need more help at this time than your pdoc can give you over the phone. You may need to go IP to get meds adjusted and the psychosis under control. Good luck. ((((HUGS))))

Rapid cycling just means having an episode 4 or more times in one year if I remember correctly, it was just an observation.
May I ask why you are so against being hospitalized. That is the safest place to be if you are unstable. bizi

yes this is psychosis. It sounds like your seroquel is not working for you.
What do your therapist or pdoc say? When do you see them? How long have you been psychotic? Your antidepressant may be fueling the mania. You may need a change in meds. feeling that your meds are fake is part of the psychosis, I think. bizi

try to see your pdoc first if you can....tell them about your symptoms still and need for their intervention, you need their help.
