It's been building up for three weeks now. I am obsessing over ODing, and am starting to feel like I have no choice but to do it. I also sort of believe these thoughts are coming from an outside entity that has power over me (even though I can tell this sounds batty, I still believe it). I honestly can't tell if I am going to OD or not. Should I go IP just to be safe, or should I try and survive on the outside?

You need ip. Safety is key and I think you need help with that right now. I hope you start to feel better. No shame in going either!

Keep us updated! -hugs-

You should get this taken care of now, as it can potentially get worse quickly if you don't.
Thanks for this!

Yes. Please call your pdoc asap or go to the ER. You're having suicidal ideation and that is very dangerous. Lord knows it's a bad one for me and I've ended up in IP every time.

Go to the hospital, especially because you are at risk of harming yourself. Safety is key. You will feel so much better when you leave IP. HUGS!! Go, and don't delay! Keep us posted.
