^ what happens when good seems bad and bad is good when questioning both I think I balance those thoughts to even. So feeling stagnant as not moving forward or back. Stuck.

Another goal is to not be afraid of my true potential. Fear has held me back from souring. I'm scared success as its easy to fail but hard to win. Maybe in reconizing that it's the start of my movement to success! Yay!!
Thanks for this!

Get to the bottom of this once and for all and be done with it one way or another. Might need to unbox and dust off my old play books!

I also want to do badminton. I also want to take swimming lessons as I swim improperly, keeping my head above the water. I wish you and I could play badminton between Scotland and California!

-Stay in church choir (My ex husband and my youngest son are in it too!)
-Continue losing weight (10 pounds down!)
-Try not to share my bipolar journey with too many people who aren't part of it already. They just don't understand.
-That said, Keep up with my Bipolar Hallucidations blog. I love writing about my experiences.
