I thought this Lithium dosage increase was helping me. I am not as tearful as I was, but I just got very angry for no good reason, and i am very agitated. Now I'm not so hopeful. It's only been a few days so I knew it wasn't a "fix" but now I don't have as much hope. I feel like I was feeling before Why the anger?????

Maybe your switching from depressed(tearfulness) to mixed(anger/agitation) that often happens with me when they are trying to treat my depressive episodes. In a mixed episode it doesn't take much for me to get angry...it could be the very smallest thing.

I feel so confused. I thought I had all this down, under control and understood everything. Turns out, I don't.....The tearfulness has been bad recently, but much better the last few days (since the Lithium increase) but the anger I thought was gone. It was a constant almost all day anger. Now it seems to be happening again. I had to be strong for my husband recently, over the last week, and I don't know if maybe that made me push this stuff aside...I just don't know
