I hate to post this but....I got mad this evening....wouldn't admit to the person I was mad at that I was angry....that is totally normal Do you do stupid stuff when your angry?
What is not normal is that my rationale of thinking was that i would just get drunk and that would be getting even with them for making me mad. I would get drunk...now who is that hurting? Needless to say...I have a good buzz right now as I write this. Do you do stupid stuff when your angry?

Do you do stupid stuff like this and have the nerve to rationalize it the same way..... What is wrong with me? Do you do stupid stuff when your angry? Do you do stupid stuff when your angry? Do you do stupid stuff when your angry? Do you do stupid stuff when your angry? Do you do stupid stuff when your angry?

Yea...I've done this...it certainly is irrational...but it makes perfect sense when you make the decision to do it...

I have done stupid things when I get angry, usually I get a bad mouth and break things and I'll end up regreting it later.

Glad to know that I am not alone in this....at least I didn't wake up with a hang over.

Thanks for all the input...I really didn't go into detail as to all the stupid stuff I have done when I am this irrational.
