I want to apologize if I have lashed out at anyone in recent weeks. I'm not sure if I did that on this particular forum but wanted to make sure anyone I may have lashed out at got this message. I also want you to know that it was NOT personal. I apologize.

Wasn't sure if it happened on this (bipolar) forum. Can't bring myself to go back and read all my posts so I'm just covering bases by posting it here too.
Ummm...yes and no to am i ok. I lost my grandma about 3 weeks ago and since then anger/rage seems to just be overwhelming and any little thing I don't like can set off an outburst. Hence the apology. |

Thanks Elsa. My grandma and I were always very close and I cared for her for a few years total which I think intensified that bond. So, its been a blur the last few weeks.
