Ugh. Except for a few hiccups, the last few weeks have been great. No depression, no mania, just stable, happy and well adjusted.

I felt it coming for the last few days. Sleeping SO much the last few days have spoken volumes. Here it comes. Sad.

Current meds: 100mg Wellbutrin; 200mg Lamictal; 400mg Seroquel at night; Xanax 1mg/PRN; 100mg/PRN Trazodone at night for insomnia
Diagnosed in May 2016

I get like that. I hear ya, and its so disappointing. I don't want to get that way. I do all the right things and still it sneaks up.
