How much sleep does everyone get per night? Me? Without meds, 2-4 hours. With 450mg seroquel, 9. If I get less than 9 I'm dragging ***** the next day and need a nap. But yea, 9 is my sweet spot.

I've been tracking it with an app. It varies between 3.5 and 6 hours but that is not continuous, I always wake up several times during that.

About 3-5 times in a day and night but those 3-5 times are usually for about 1 hour. Sleeping 2 hours in a row is real treat for me.

I can sleep 9 or 10 luxurious hours with 50mg Seroquel and 3mg Lunesta, but I'm okay with 8 hours.

If we mean "in bed", then maybe 7-8 hours. If we mean "sleep", then it's way less. I wake up a lot, roll, toss and turn, and generally don't sleep well.

I don't take any meds that help me sleep. 8-9 hours is ideal. I don't actually sleep more that much more when I'm depressed, I just hang out in bed way longer. When my mind is racing I often get 4-6 hrs.

I get about 7-8 through the week and around 9 on the weekends. Except when I'm in an episode or have bad anxiety, then it's more like 4-6.

I sleep 3- 4 hours after taking my latuda then I'm awake and having to take a sonata around 2am only to toss and turn until 6- 7. I think i average 6 hours a night.

Anywhere from 4-18 hours. Depends on my moods, medication, physical illness and pain. I think I sleep approx 10 hours when I'm most stable.

I'm all over the map - it depends on when I go to bed. Some days, my mind is firing at all cylinders and I don't really even know it. So I stay up until 1 or 2.....so that gives me about 4 hours. Then on other nights, I'm out by 10 so that is 7 hours of sleep. I find I often sleep well when I'm active with the gym and I stay on routine. When I'm off my routine, I tend to wing everything, sort of like a lost soul.

On school nights I sleep 7-8 hours long as I take all my meds. Then if I have no errands to run. I drop my daughter off at school I go back home and sleep another 6 hours

I was actually just wondering about the average amount of sleep among other people with BP....
Without meds (or when manic on meds, including Seroquel), I'd also say about 4 hours is average, but less when completely manic.
When at baseline and medicated, about 6-7.5 hours.
I noticed I feel best at 8 hours, but I can usually only get that much sleep on a weekend.

I usually get between 7-9 hours with medication. If I don't take my nighttime meds (which happens only once in a blue moon), I get maybe 4 hours of broken sleep, so it behooves me to stay on my meds.
