How come every time I try to go somewhere new, I end up seeing completely different hallucinations than I do at home...and then it's like they follow me home and I end up seeing them here too. (I still see my normal hallucinations while I'm out)

Is it the environment? I don't even know.

I don't see hallucinations other than Shadow figures but my delusions are effected by change in environment so it's very possible. I'm so sorry they follow you home, that must be very scary. (((Hugs)))

I see all kinds of things lol. I guess the environment change might be it since I don't leave the house often.

It is scary. I get used to certain ones and then these new ones pop up. Thank you <3

I see all kinds of hallucinations while at home or out. Doesn't matter where I am. You seem to have quite a lot of them though.

If you're still having hallucinations I think you need to really think hard about going to IP... and finding a new pdoc. This dr didn't put you in the hospital and you're out seeing stuff? That's not right. Sorry. Hope you get better!!

I think I see about 8-12 different ones. Some more often than others. And some I rarely see. It all depends.

I'm trying to get my mom to look into a new pdoc. I think my current pdoc took into consideration that I was not falling apart and had my family at home since I'm always home. I also at the time didn't have SI.

Just go IP so you can get treatment sooner and no one will forget to give meds to you, nor will there be a pharmacy issues beinging out of stock common drugs all the time ( that issue make NO sense to me at all and of course the transportation problem will be solved for length of your stay.

You're unstable and there is no reason to let it go on and on.

Yes do! You'll finally get rid of these hallucinations!

I'm trying to give these new meds a chance to work while I'm trying to find a ride to the hospital. IP is definitely in the front of my mind.

Like I said in my other thread. I just worry that I'm going to be stuck with paranoia/hallucinations for the rest of my life. I I mean even if it's not as frequent. I know of people like this...just scared..

Based on what you've told us, you're not on any new meds. All the doc did was up your Seroquel. Is there something I'm missing?

It makes sense you'd have some concerns about the chronicity of hallucinations, whether you are IP or OP.

I hope your experience with hallucinations can be helped with meds and proper care.
