I have the following symptoms.
My Bipolar Symptoms Manic or Hypo-manic -My manic or hypo-manic episodes give me excessive reserves of energy and I feel jittery or wired. -All of my ideas seem great to me I feel like I am greatly superior in intellect to others. -I feel like I am a professional at everything ie. a driver (I know the top speed of every car I have driven during my "up" times). -I am very talkative and often make inappropriate remarks often sexual in nature. I am more sexual but not promiscuous. -Sleep 2-4 hrs and wake up feel fine. -I see things vividly and I enjoy touching things. -My mind moves a-mile-a-minute. -I often sing. -I am often more irritable and anxious during this time. -I am often called annoying or sometimes belligerent by people who do not know me. -I am very tense as well during these "Up" times. -When I am at my worst I get paranoid, I start to think that my doctor and my loved ones are trying to harm me. -Delusions of grandeur Depression -loss of energy - frequent suicidal thoughts/ planning -crying randomly -discontent with myself -hopeless/loss of motivation -isolation -hard to do simple tasks -poor appetite -overwhelmed -frequent self-criticism -withdrawing from others -confusion -mood swing/ sad to angry -sleep all the time -some substances abuse If you feel comfortable list yours.

Yes, great list which I can relate to. Of course it depends on what stage hypo/mania or depression you are in. On rare occasions I get pure euphoric mania that has all the manic aspects without the anxiety, agitation and irritability. Wish I could put it in pill form and take it every day. Only downside to this state is that while I KNOW I can achieve ANYTHING I am very disorganised in thinking and action so not much actually gets done successfully. Of course, I don't see that at the time.
