Planning, yes. Following through, we'll see. I would like to be more organized with just about everything. Thoughts, time, finances, goals. Goals, especially. I'm within spitting distance of graduating college, and I would like to organize accordingly.

What do you want out of 2017?

to move to a diffrent part of the country

for my life to have some purpose (even if it's just a bit)

No. Fireworks scare me. Specially trying to sleep.
Grapes, no. Water bucket, no. Traveling bag around the block, no. None of that has worked. Open to new ideas.

If you change several amounts of several meds at the same time, how do you know which one was working or wasn't working.

You don't? I never am allowed to change more than one at a time unless I'm doing extremely badly or am IP so I have no experience with this.

Do you have thyroid issues from medications?

Yes I have hypothyroidism from lithium.

Have you ever had to go without insurance while BP?

Yes, for about 2 years. I got a lot of meds through patient assistance and others through discount progams like rxoutreach.org and discount cards. I got my healthcare through charity care at the hospital where my pdoc is. It was tough.

Were the holidays easier, more difficult or abou the same this year?

BPD is more embarrassing, but even that fades. Delusions are just beautiful works of fiction. It's as real as any other reality, so/and my reactions to them are nothing to be embarressed about.

Do you think you generally care more for others than others care for you?

I don't know. I think it is generally even. Having said that I don't really have a lot of people in my life.

Do you ever wake up completely disoriented to where you are or what you are doing there?

I am usually on the computer these days when manic, but the big one would be spending money.

Are you manic or depressed right now?

Neither! My thought patterns and money spending might lean towards hypo but the destruction is still at bay.

Do you work? If so is it full or part time, and how does that fit into your self care?

Yes. I'm developing software while on disability. You should try it (and I can help you with that; PM me). I used to work as a software developer for a "real" company, a big multinational.

Would you say you were rational, in general?

Clinician of preference (psychologist, nurse or psychiatrist)?

What animal strikes your fancy.
