Happy Thanksgiving Day .... just wondering what each and every one of you are doing today ....

I'm watching parades and my wife and son are putting up a tree ....

I know not everyone can enjoy today ... but maybe we can share a little happiness to them ...

I pray for today (at least this one day) that all can be stable , happy and feel the love we offer to them ... rest and be well my friends ... if today brings stress let it flow over you and away ... be thankful for what you can and just let the bad stuff slide ... for just this one day .... ok ..

love to you all .... Tigger .

Right now I'm watching The Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade, it's a tradition of mine. Also, trying not to argue with my father.

I will be spending the Holiday at my parents house with my 2 beautiful sons, great parents and wise grandparents as well as the Honky Toni Faker unfortunately. My husband is sick and will probably be staying home to watch over our pets who are spoiled brats. It's sad he can't make it but my paranoia regarding leaving the dogs alone will be lessened and my hubby needs the peace and relaxation because he's been battling a lot of pain. This day has some stress because I will be confronting and eating with the Honky Tonk faker as well as another reason I prefer not to discuss. I will let the stress wash over me and try to remain in a thankful mindset.

Have s great day Tigger and everyone else. (((Hugs)))

I have just been relaxing. Cruising the internet and reading books. I lucked out this year not having to cook or clean. Get to show up at a relative's house and eat in a few hours. I'm really enjoying the day.

I'm helping my sister cook a turkey and dressing and sweet potatoe casserole. I also learned how to make a family favorite, a spaghetti casserole for later. Everyone is getting along. Yesterday and this morning I was stressing about today but it's all going well.

Happy Thanksgiving Tigger!

Husband and I are having dinner together by ourselves. He's brining two Cornish game hens (neither of us like turkey). I'll be making the rest of the meal. My daughter is working and her boyfriend is at his parents. I'm pretty sure the mother will send back a doggie bag with more food, as they tend to have a blowout every year.

Wow I'm so glad to be home. What a mess. My dads nagging at me wiped whatever appetite I had away and I couldn't even enjoy the food. I ate and got the hell out of there! He finally shut up after I threatened to leave before even eating. He had me so upset I was shaking what ya doing .... Cuz you know... us BP people are just lazy and use it as a crutch and all. Ahhhh still so damn mad!!

I ignored all idiocy from my family. At one point my cousin was being a ****, refusing to help with firewood. And then my uncle was yelling at my aunt for "butting in". But I just ignored it. I really missed my husband as he would have been my person to commiserate with but you know it is what it is. I have three more days off. That's always good. Thanksgiving was as good as it could be. Good food lol.

4 different kinds Is rather impressive! My stomach has been very upset recently so I was not able to eat much and still feel so bloated from what I did eat. I have pie for later but need some whip cream . Just 1 kind though, pumpkin. I've always wanted to try making a pumpkin pie using fresh pumpkin.....I wonder if it's any tastier or different than canned Pumpkin?

I had a very nice visit with my family but was very glad to get home to my pajamas, hubby, dogs, home and electric blanket

I hope everyone had a decent day and hugs if you didn't.
