I feel internally restless and like I can float along like I do when manic. I am at a hoagie shop with friends. Dunno what I am doing today. Not shopping. Might go out with a friend and my younger son. You'd think is had lots of caffeine but I haven't. I was up at 4 till about 5. Managed to sleep the rest of the night. Any input? I feel Shakey.

Every once in a while I get a feeling like being a charged capacitor ready to release but connected to nothing. Many years ago that same kind of thing was more like a time-bomb with a broken timer and no relief forthcoming. Sensory overload is often an issue there, and sometimes something as simple as a nap (even if a troubled one) can bring me back to being level with the world...or something like that.

I slept almost too much last night (though I was up for an hour around 4). We are hanging around at lunch to leave. Still going out. Am out with my son. And my friend is going to meet up with us later. And guess what? I have no prns! +Grumpy+

It's 7 am and I was up a couple times last night again. Vividc dreams. This morning I am at Starbucks with a coffee. I'm borrowing a car and have to give it back in a few hours. I'll be stuck at home.

I'm out with my youngest again. We have been shopping with gift cards. We are waiting for my friend to show up and then we will have something to drink then go home . I still feel ramped up. Been on the go all day.
