Wow, just realized I've switched to uber-hypo mode! Weird... just yesterday I felt like I was plunging into the depths of despair. Even earlier today I was certain that I was on the downhill slide into a long, ugly depressive episode.

Then I was typing a message in the Anxiety forum, and noticed that it was getting veeeerry long & I'd used about 15 smilie faces... Eep! .... oh, but they're so much fun! Here's another one that looks rather like how I'm feeling right now... Eep! (yay!)

Hmm, so can folks with BPII rapid cycle as well? Eep! Well regardless, it's pretty rare for me to feel happy/energetic/lucid, so I guess I'll enjoy it while it lasts!
