Have you ever been so agitated that you wanted to peel all your skin off? because that's how I feel right now. I want to peel it all off and kick a hole through my wall. Then I want to punch someone... anyone.

I feel the need to break and throw things

And I don't even have a real reason to be agitated at the moment... I just am

God I'm so angry! I'm sure getting minimal sleep per night isn't helping either

do you think it could be a medication? I had akathisia from an "atypical" once that made me feel that way.

I rapid cycle and get dysphoric often. I feel the same way you are now, a lot. I just get really quiet to keep myself from going completely nuts. I sit in my room by myself so I don't say something mean to anyone. It really sucks.

I've never felt like peeling off my skin but I've felt the need to crawl out of my skin so it's a bit similar. I'm so sorry you are so agitated. I hope this passes for you quickly.

Sorry you are agitated. I know how you feel though, considering everything I had to deal with this past week. I hope you find some calm soon.

That feeling is hell on earth. Can you do some self-soothing, listen to calming music, have a long shower, get some exercise...just some ideas. I know few things really help when it is that bad. Can you call your pdoc Monday morning and try and get some PRN. It sounds like you need some PRN and I understand you can't afford IP. You shouldn't have to suffer like this Blue. No one should. Are you safe?

Wander, I know prn stands for as needed but I get the feelings it's really for Ativan and other benzos. In my case they didn't renew my script so my prn would have to be extra zyprexa. Of course I've never been told to do that on my own- only when Pdoc tells me to- so I am left just leaving a message for my team and hoping someone calls me back.

I have used Zyprexa as PRN before. It can be really helpful in the right circumstances. In fact, I have used it for agitation before and it really helps.
