I've gotten really into competitive Scrabble lately and i have this problem with being a sore loser. At club if i lose my first two games sometimes i leave without playing the third. I feel such rage when i lose. I feel violent. I want to hurt myself. How do i be a good loser?

Hey, its only a game as per the roll of the dice. enjoy the game and the companionship of the others that enjoy the same. no use getting mad about something you cant control. its like the weather, you cant do anything about it so adapt and overcome. Enjoy it for what it is. Only my 2 cents worth

I would not likely be angry about losing, but neither would I be motivated to continue playing. For myself, and as someone who used to play a lot of Scrabble, I would have to remove "competitive" from "gotten really into competitive Scrabble lately" in order to enjoy it at all.
