I told her a lot of things. I told her that I self harmed,haven't in awhile,she said she could have guessed. And asked where, I showed her. Also about my psychosis. She gave me some tips on how to deal with the hallucinations and paranoia. I don't think they'll work but I'll try. She told me that she was glad my suicidal intentions have decreased but I really need to tell my mom so I have someone to watch me. She knows to s point. I don't know. Today was okay I guess. Bad news is that's she's moving buildings TOO! Both my pdoc and T are now moving. She won't be available for awhile so I don't know what to do. I'm just bleh right now.

Are you seeing your Pdoc any time soon? I really think you need your meds tweaked. You can't go on with this many hallucinations. Heck I just had a couple tonight and it's unnerving!
