Hi guys!
Sorry I haven't posted in a while or been present. I've felt mostly stable, and I've been really busy with work, so I've been kind of out of pocket. I just wanted to ask for prayers/ positive thoughts/ good juju. This week is really crazy and hectic at work, and I also recently bumped up my workload to full-time, so I almost lost my s*** the other day with a really bad panic attack that felt like I was going to go crazy.  I talked to pdoc about it today, and he increased my Abilify and also told me for the rest of this week I can take a little extra Risperdal to help with the anxiety (all this work insanity will be over by next week).Thanks for the positive thoughts! I appreciate it.

If you have Netflix, The Jungle Book Movie 2016 was just released and I started watching and it looks like it will be wonderful. I hope you can find something fun or relaxing to do after work.
