Well today I had a first. I was talking about something particularly stressful and anxiety provoking and started hallucinating. Nothing major but enough to freak me out.
She simply said its not real and it's ok. I lost my train of thought and kept Staring where I saw the spider but eventually got back to talking. Gah. So weird. She said it happened because I was anxious

That's kinda cool that she could tell you why it happened right at the time. How big was the spider?

It hasn't happened in months. And for some reason it is often spiders I see. And if I hear something it's my name. But haldol stopped it.
I was talking about two really really abuse memories when it happened

I used to hear my name called as a teenager at night when everyone was in bed. I'd go to my sister's room and wake her up (!) to ask her if she was calling my name. (The answer always no.)

My son and I both hear things when anxiety. I get paranoid too. I'm sorry this happened to you.
