I went to my squads xmas party and felt very uncomfortable. First the sight of everyone with their loved one made me so sad that I was there alone. Then went to salad bar and looked at myself and couldn't stand it. Then my anxiety shot up. I wasn't having a good time and felt very self conscious. I snuck out and drove home. Now I'm sad and teary. Can't get a girl can't lose weight. I'm so ashamed of myself and thought I was doing good trying to take care of myself.

Did you look into any intensive outpatient therapy?

I once had a boyfriend who weighed over 350 lbs. we went fishing everyday. He was a great lover.
I'm 5'9" and at the time weighed145. Remember there is an *** for every saddle. A mop for every bucket. Unfortunately he passed away. I still miss him.
