I had trauma come back on Wednesday. I'm not actively thinking about the memories anymore but my body is still affected. My brain is muddled. I just want to sleep. I don't care to see anyone or do anything. I'm sad.
I dont have time for this right now. I need to move on but my brain is still fighting the fear and sadness. My brain feels like I'm in a dream and nothing is real. Does any of this make sense? My memory is shot right now and so I concentration. Wish I could talk to t.

Well infected me regular t and she actually called me to check on me. She's so sweet.
I'm crying and I don't know why. I can't stop. I start leading my art group tomorrow so she said to come early and Coke sit in her office (she works at that location in volunteering at too.) I hate feeling like this. It hasn't happened in a long time. I want to feel cheerful and stop ugly crying. I want to isolate but I'm trying to stop it

I know how you feel, except that I was the complete opposite in that I couldn't cry for what seemed like an eternity, all of a sudden I was having severe SIs. I hope things get better for you.

I'm having Suicidial thoughts suddenly and I hate that. I'm gonna lay in bed with my cat and just listen to music.
My brain seems to be freaking out

I can't believe what happened yesterday. It was so emotional and dramatic and scary too. Geesh.
I also can't believe I now have a boyfriend.
