I have a very rapid cycle lately, within 24 hours, after a full blown mania that lasted for about 2 weeks. I have anxiety too this few months, after more than 6-7 years living without anxiety. Now I have panic attack anytime the mood changes in a sudden. I am thinking it is because my body couldn't handle the shock of a sudden change. Anyone has this issue? Thank you in advance.

I've had all kinds of episodes over the years.
Sometimes it just calls for a med change.
It's a tough road to handle.

Shifts in mood give me panic too. I don't know if it's fear of what's coming or some physical response to chemicals, but woof, I feel for you

I rapid cycle from mixed state with agitation to severe depression. If this has been going for weeks it might be time to tweek your meds a bit. Hope you feel better soon.

Thank you everyone. Yeah I think I need some meds change. I've been on seroquel 200mg, depakote 1000mg, and lithium 400mg (I can take 800mg if necessary). My AP dose is very low because a high dose of seroquel makes me hard to breathe. That is the reason why the mood stabilizer dose is pretty high.
