Omg. So tired of having to explain myself and my depression hell to people that can't possibly understand.

I pray this lifts soon. It's getting harder to pretend all is fine for my kids sake. My poor kids got stuck with me for a mother. They deserve a more mentally stable mom.
I love them so much. I'd do anything for them

Sorry for ranting. Bad day. Bad week. Bad month.

You definately sound like you are in the pits of bad depression. Your kids deserve YOU...the mother who gave birth to them and loves them more and in a way which nobody else will r ER understand. (((Hugs)))

I battle physical illness and mental so sometimes when someone asks how I'm doing I can just say "sick" and they don't ask for me to elaborate thank goodness.

Have you seen this cartoon comic strip on if physical illness were treated like mental illness? It's so true, funny and sad at the same time.

The last one....where it says "well, lying in bed isn't helping you, you need to try something else. Like when people tell me, take a walk and you're feel better. Ummmm, no....it doesn't work like that for me.

It makes me crazy angry when people tell me "all you need to is get out of bad and take a walk" or yada yada. Doesn't work that way for me either. I hate being in bed and the only reason I'm in bed is that I'm not capable of doing any thing else at that time.

I am in bed because being awake mentally hurts, I feel you. I am tired of hurting.
